Phoenix in Flight Collection

Where Grace Meets the Sky.

A timeless symbol of renewal, aspiration and boundless possibility, the Phoenix in Flight Collection brings together two sculptural Liuli phoenixes in radiant golden amber and luminous red.

In Chinese culture, the phoenix has long represented grace, harmony, prosperity and auspicious beginnings. Yet beyond its beauty and symbolism lies something even more enduring — the courage to rise, the strength to begin again, and the desire to continue reaching toward something higher.

To rise is not to forget where we have been. It is to carry everything we have lived through — and still choose the sky.

With wings lifted and bodies reaching upward, these phoenixes capture the moment between stillness and flight. They are not simply symbols of arrival. They speak of movement, possibility and the quiet ambition to keep becoming more than we were yesterday.

The Golden Amber Phoenix carries the warmth of light, abundance and mature strength. The Red Phoenix expresses vitality, courage and the fire of renewal.

Two colors. Two expressions. One timeless spirit of rising.

FOR DESIGNERS & INTERIOR STYLING

With their strong vertical silhouettes and graceful upward movement, the Phoenix in Flight sculptures create presence without requiring a large footprint. Their forms naturally draw the eye upward, making them especially suited to interiors where a sense of aspiration, movement and visual energy is desired.

Consider them for an entry console, pedestal, statement table, study or executive office, as well as within hotel lobbies, reception areas, hospitality interiors, galleries and refined residential spaces.

Placed where natural or directional light can reach the translucent Liuli, the sculptures reveal changing layers of color, transparency and depth throughout the day. Light does not simply fall upon the phoenix — it becomes part of the sculpture itself.

THE ART OF LIULI

Created through an intricate lost-wax casting process, each piece begins with its own mold. After the wax is removed and the Liuli undergoes high-temperature forming, the outer mold must be broken away before the piece can be carefully refined, ground, and polished.

One mold. One piece.

COLORS WITHIN THE LIULI

The colors are not painted onto the finished surface.

They are formed within the Liuli during the high-temperature process, becoming part of the material itself. As light passes through different colors and depths of Liuli, variations in transparency, tone and intensity reveal the sculptural layers of the phoenix feathers, wings and flowing form.

Because of this process, small variations may appear from piece to piece. Subtle natural bubbles and gentle flowing patterns may also appear within the Liuli. These are characteristic of the making process and contribute to the individual character of each piece, rather than being considered defects.

RISE, RENEW, AND FLY BEYOND

There are moments in life when simply moving forward is an act of courage. And there are other moments when we discover that moving forward is no longer enough — we are ready to rise.

The phoenix reminds us that renewal is not about returning to who we once were. It is about carrying experience, strength and hope into the person we are still becoming.

Spread your wings not because the road has always been easy, but because there is still a sky worth reaching for.

君本梧桐,鳳凰自來

Become the place where greatness belongs, and the phoenix will find its way to you.

There is another kind of wisdom within the story of the phoenix. Not every blessing needs to be pursued, and not every meaningful encounter can be forced.

When we cultivate character, grace and strength within ourselves, we become like the Wutong tree — a place worthy of the phoenix.

Then good fortune takes on a deeper meaning. It may arrive as an opportunity, a meaningful encounter, a helping hand, a kindred spirit, or simply the right door opening at the right moment.

Some blessings are not meant to be chased. They arrive when we have become ready to receive them.

Perhaps that is one of the quietest lessons of the phoenix: do not spend your life chasing every beautiful thing. Cultivate what is worthy within yourself, stand with grace, and allow what truly belongs in your life to find its way to you.

Rise again. Fly higher. Let the next horizon be yours.

Two Expressions. One Timeless Legend.
