Exchange Policy

Diana Decor LLC offers exchanges on eligible crystal art and handmade décor within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability. Exchanges follow the same condition standards as our Return Policy.

• Same collection item in a different size or variant (where available)
• Equal or greater value item within Flower Cup, Tableware, Sculpture, or Natural Crystal series
• Items in unused condition with original packaging

Custom, engraved, or final-sale pieces are not eligible for exchange unless defective.

If the exchange item is priced higher, you will be charged the difference before the replacement ships. If the exchange item is lower in price, the difference may be refunded or issued as store credit.

Shipping charges for exchange orders may apply. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.
