Return Policy

At Diana Decor LLC, we want you to love every crystal art and handmade décor piece you receive. This Return Policy explains when and how items may be returned, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g., final sale, custom engraving, or limited editions).

Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with original packaging, protective materials, and any included certificates or accessories.

This policy applies to Diana Decor crystal art, flower cups, tableware, sculptures, and natural crystal products purchased through our official website.

Non-returnable items may include: custom or personalized orders, items marked final sale, products damaged due to improper handling after delivery, and certain fragile display pieces where noted at checkout.

Crystal, glass, and natural stone are delicate materials. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, and item.

Returns due to change of mind must include original protective wrapping to prevent breakage in transit. Diana Decor may refuse returns that arrive without adequate packaging.

All returns require prior authorization. Please initiate a request through our How to Return page or Contact Us form before shipping items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
