STORY The Quiet Presence of the Buddha +

Lotus Serenity · Amber-Toned Liuli Buddha

One Flower, One Leaf, One World.
One Thought, One Moment of Serenity.

There is a quiet beauty in stillness.

With its warm amber-toned Liuli, graceful golden presence, and sculptural lotus base, this seated Buddha brings together the dignity of traditional Eastern aesthetics and the refined elegance of contemporary design.

Its luminous surface responds beautifully to changing light. In natural daylight, warm amber and golden tones become clear and radiant; under softer ambient light, gentle shadows reveal the sculptural contours of the figure and the translucent lotus beneath it.

The detachable lotus base adds depth and visual harmony, bringing the Buddha and lotus together as one composed sculptural presence.

Placed beside a favorite book, within a tea room, on a console, in a study or meditation space, or simply in a quiet corner of the home, the sculpture offers a calm focal point without overwhelming its surroundings.

In Eastern tradition, the lotus has long carried associations with purity and spiritual awakening. Here, the serene Buddha and unfolding lotus come together through art, light, and form — creating a piece that may be appreciated for its cultural symbolism as well as its sculptural beauty.

More than decoration, it is an invitation to leave a little room for stillness.

FOR DESIGNERS & INTERIOR STYLING

The warm amber and golden palette gives this sculpture a luminous yet composed presence within both contemporary and Eastern-inspired interiors. Its sculptural silhouette can create a quiet focal point while remaining harmonious with the surrounding space.

Consider it for a console, study, bookshelf, reading space, tea room, meditation space, entry display, hotel interior, hospitality setting, gallery-inspired arrangement, or another thoughtfully composed interior.

Against wood, stone, glass, or restrained neutral surfaces, changing light can reveal different levels of warmth, translucency, and sculptural depth within the Liuli, allowing the piece to become part of the atmosphere of the room.

THE ART OF LIULI

Created through an intricate lost-wax casting process, each piece begins with its own mold. After the wax is removed and the Liuli undergoes high-temperature forming, the outer mold must be broken away before the piece can be carefully refined, ground, and polished.

One mold. One piece.

COLORS WITHIN THE LIULI

The colors are not painted onto the finished surface.

They are formed within the Liuli during the high-temperature process, becoming part of the material itself. As light passes through different colors and depths of Liuli, subtle variations in amber, gold, translucency, and tone reveal the sculptural details of the Buddha and lotus form.

Because of this process, small variations may appear from piece to piece. Subtle natural bubbles and gentle flowing patterns may also appear within the Liuli. These are characteristic of the making process and contribute to the individual character of each piece, rather than being considered defects.

A QUIET PRESENCE

No incense is required. No ritual is necessary.

Place it where the light can find it. Let it sit beside a book, accompany a quiet cup of tea, or simply become part of a space where you feel at ease.

Sometimes serenity begins with nothing more than allowing ourselves a few quiet moments.

Let art become part of everyday life.
Let serenity find its way home.
